Whether you're still deciding to join us or you’ve already secured your spot for Orlando, your first NASPP Conference is something to get excited about.

Here’s what you need to arrive confident and prepared to make the most of every moment.

Convince your boss and download your ready-to-send letter. Skip the awkward pitch meeting—grab your approval request, personalize a few details, and get the yes you need without the stress. Get the letter template here.

Here's your at-a-glance view of how the days are structured so you don't miss a highlight.

WEDNESDAY

Before You Arrive: Start Strong

Review the Agenda

Once the full session lineup drops (expected in June), start mapping your schedule. Focus on sessions that match your challenges, gaps, and goals.

Set Your Goals

What do you want to walk away with? Define a few clear goals—connections, ideas, or solutions you can use.

Download the Conference App

Use it to manage your schedule, access materials, and connect with other attendees. It's your conference command center—we'll let you know when it's ready.

Pro Tip!

Want to receive special event invitations from our exhibition partners? Make sure to opt-in to partner communications when you register.

During the Conference: Crush It

Take Notes, But Stay Present

Session decks will be in the app—no need to capture every slide. Focus on key takeaways, questions, and ideas.

Ask Questions

Every breakout session includes Q&A. Speak up and get your questions answered!

Introduce Yourself to Speakers

They're here to share and connect, not just present. Ask a question or share a quick insight.

Explore the Expo Hall

Discover new tools, workflows, and ideas. Connect with knowledgeable partners.

Network with Intention

Skip the small talk. Dive into conversations about challenges, projects, and standout sessions.

Attend the Evening Events

This is where connections deepen. The best conversations happen after hours.

Pro Tip!

The dress code for the conference and evening is business/smart casual. Think button-down shirts, khakis, and other office-appropriate wear. Keep it professional, relaxed, and comfortable!
