Do you accommodate special needs or requirements?

If you have dietary restrictions, require assistance, or need auxiliary aids, please let us know during registration or after. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to sign up for the sessions in advance?

While it is not required, selecting your sessions in advance does help us to plan space accordingly for our most popular sessions to accommodate as many expected attendees as possible.

You session selections will also be available when you log into the conference app for easy, on-the-go access.

Can I ask questions and interact during a session?

We offer four types of breakout sessions: panel discussions, power talks, learning labs, and peer-to-peer discussions. You will be able to ask questions and interact with the speakers (or discussion facilitators) in all breakout sessions. Learning labs include audience activities and/or interaction. Peer-to-Peer discussions are designed to facilitate conversation and practice-sharing between the session attendees.

How can I get session materials?

Session materials, including presentation decks and supporting documents, will be available via the conference app for viewing and download. You may access these via a laptop or mobile device.

Where can I learn about sponsors and exhibitors?

Go to the Expo Hall where you can learn which solutions providers will be represented at our conference.

Can I share my access with others at my company?

Each attendee must have their own paid registration to participate. If a colleague wishes to participate, they may register at conference.naspp.com.

Can I receive continuing education credit for the Conference?

Yes. Here you can learn more information about the types of continuing education available, the sessions that offer continuing education, and what you need to do to ensure that you are eligible to receive credit.

Full continuing education credit opportunities will be released with the full program of sessions this summer.

How can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your registration by contacting us by email. All registrations are non-refundable.

What is your COVID policy/protocol for attendees?

Your safety and well-being are always our top priority. We will implement health and safety practices as issued by local and state health authorities, including the event hotel, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). By attending the conference, attendees acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for their own safety and actions while participating at the event and recognize that they may be at risk through no fault of NASPP.
