Accommodation FAQs

Do I have to stay at the official conference hotel?

It's certainly not required and there are several hotels nearby (please note that we do not have any current arrangements with any other hotels). However, we do encourage you to stay in the official hotel to maximize your experience. The vast majority of attendees stay in the hotel to be conveniently located to all sessions, programs, and expo hall within the hotel, as well as with each other to network and build relationships. 

Are all sessions and programs taking place within the official hotel?

Yes, all NASPP sessions and programs are taking place within the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. You'll also find the expo hall and hosted receptions within the hotel. After hours events hosted by sponsors or exhibitors, as well as the NASPP After Party, may take place outside of the official hotel. 

The Neon Museum
