Am I able to cancel my registration if needed?

Please note that all registrations are non-refundable. However, you may do any of the following:

  • Defer your registration and attendance to the following year's conference
  • Transfer your registration to someone else from your company
  • Apply your registration fee as a credit toward other NASPP programs or membership

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to someone else from your company. Please contact NASPP Member Services via email or by calling (925) 685-9271 for assistance.

Do you accommodate special needs or requirements?

If you have dietary restrictions, require assistance, or need auxiliary aids, please let us know during registration or after. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
